Reverend Milton Stubbs serves as Pastor of the A.M.E. Zion Church of Newburgh. He attends to the spiritual needs of the membership — preaching, teaching, and shepherding the congregation through worship, baptism, marriage, and pastoral care, according to the doctrines of the A.M.E. Zion Church.
